With 30 years in Life Science and Healthcare, Mike previously led the Commercial Solutions business unit at ConcertAI, tripling its revenue and significantly increasing EBITDA.
His extensive background includes pivotal roles at IQVIA and Amerisource Bergan, and Imaging Sciences, focusing on technology, compliance, and outsourcing solutions. Mike also serves on the Board of X-Nav Technologies, enhancing oral surgery outcomes with innovative 3-D navigation technologies. He holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

She helps to ensure the consistent delivery of products and services that meet client expectations, managing contract renewals, and identifying solutions to support client needs. Kristen also collaborates closely with the Sales and Marketing teams on strategic initiatives aimed at driving customer growth. Prior to this, she was Director of Sales and Marketing at iContracts. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Florida State University.

Before his current role, Ted was the Chief Operating Officer at iCoachFirst, which is now part of RLDatix, where he led global implementations of their premier coaching and development solutions.
Recognized as a thought leader in talent management, Ted specializes in sales force effectiveness, coaching, training and development, and competency model development and deployment. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Dickinson College.

Kiran Vuppala holds the position of Vice President, Chief Technology Officer at RLDatix Life Sciences, where he leads the Technology team responsible for Product Development across the company’s offerings. Prior to joining RLDatix, Kiran was instrumental in managing the Global Transparency Reporting and Global Compliance Programs at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, and the IT and Business Consulting functions at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals.
He has earned an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business and an MS in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from Cleveland State University. Kiran is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

With over 20 years of experience, Kevin specializes in sales force optimization and strategy execution, particularly in building brand awareness and driving product adoption across the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and technology industries. Notably, during his tenure at IQVIA, Kevin drove the success of an AI-based drug safety detection and healthcare social media analytics platform through effective stakeholder engagement and a relentless focus on customer success.
Kevin is passionate about challenging the status quo with a problem-solving mindset and understands that progress, not perfection, is key to personal and organizational growth. Focusing on operating with integrity and accountability, Kevin strives to lead by example. He holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Sociology from Mount St. Mary’s University.
